13.5° Late Harvest Grape: 100% Uva Friulara

This autochthonous grape is late harvested, then hung to wilt (passire) in the lofts before pressing. Here this strange grape comes into its own: no passito remotely tastes like this, and it is precisely the acidity which gives it its distinctive, luscious sweet-sour taste. A real treat. Dessert, or mature cheese wine.
