13.5° Grape:Primitivo 100%
Produced by T & G with Erasmo Plantamure and other growers, and with the enologist Massimo di Rienzo in Cantina Collli Irpini. Steeped for 12 days and fermented at controlled temperatures. Aged in Allier oak casks of 500 litres and 30 hl Slavonia oak barrels. Only 5,000 bottles produced.
