The Rovero family has, from a very long time ago, cultivated the vineyards on the first hills between the Monferrato and the Langhe, south of Asti which offer the best land for the production of great wines. The farm, which is worked following to modern organic farming rules (certified by I.C.E.A.), is made up of about 25 hectares of hillside land. About 20 hectares are vineyards and the remaining 5 are orchards, market gardens and arable land. Their wines are produced following traditional methods but with the help of modern technology so as to give the consumer the best possible product from the hills of Asti.
